General Building Maintenance - Blackburn

Role:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work alongside Engineering team and Operational teams at manufacturing site in Blackburn. You role will be to undertake general building maintenence for site.
- Working across all sites at Blackburn.
- Working for Engineering Department while leasing with other departments.
- Undertake Maintenance tasks as directed.
- Corrective actions form GMP audits.
- Maintaining Building fabric.
- Ensure standards and procedures are adhered to
- Maintain workshop and tools to GMP requirements.
- Asist maintenance team members as required.
- Asist in the improvement of H&S standards across sites.
- Record all works on the CMMS system.
- Work collaboratively and engage with other members of Maintenance team and operational teams.
- To support the delivery of continuous Improvement action plans through the team with Engineering Manager guidance
- To develop role along with engineering team, to maintain and improve site performance.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
- Administrative Tasks

- Must be fluent in English, verbal and written.
- Eligibility to work in the UK on a permanent basis
